
Crazy Twenties
Come out for a special opportunity to experience British-style brass banding on the west coast! SFBB along with Pacific Brass Band have put together a roaringly exciting program of brass band favorites and other fun selections. This concert also acts as a send-off to the SFBB as we head the following week to compete in the top-tier championship section of NABBA. The joint concert will culminate in both bands playing a final piece together.
Tickets also include a pre-concert talk led by SFBB conductors Russell Gray and Dr. Jeffrey de Seriere.

Lessons & Clinics with World-Renowned Maestro Russell Gray
We are thrilled to announce an exclusive residency in January and March with Maestro Russell Gray, the world-renowned music director and cornet virtuoso, who has led multiple Brass Bands to championship titles in the UK and other countries. He is the Tom Brady of the Brass Band world. He has also successfully directed the Minneapolis Pops Orchestra this summer bringing good music to audiences around the globe. Russell will help us to prepare for NABBA 2025. He will also be offering private lessons for musicians and directors and clinics for all types of bands. His lessons and clinics also make a great holiday gift for students and musicians of all ages. Golden Gate Park Band Festival
The Friends of the Golden Gate Park Band present the 16th annual Golden Gate Park Band Festival in the Spreckels Temple of Music on the Music Concourse in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.
